  • The Sales Recruiter reports directly to the Director of Human Resources
  • Responsible for the achievement of sales staffing quota and works closely with Sales Trainer to meet Sales Training class headcount and schedule.
  • High volume cold-calling and tele-prospecting activity daily.
  • Researches and qualifies prospects.
  • Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of sales positions including developing recruiting strategies, sourcing, screening and interviewing of applicants for entry level business-to-business sales positions.
  • Uses company CRM (ATS) for identifying and tracking prospects.
  • Manages advertising resources including job boards such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Indeed, and other job boards, and company's ATS. Determine which advertising is cost-efficient.
  • Develop and manage recruiting budget.
  • Must be able to employ creative recruiting techniques including internet ad placement and resume searches, job fairs, college recruiting, referrals, networking, and cold calling/direct sourcing of passive candidates.
  • Constantly maintain strong pipeline of qualified candidates resulting in a steady flow of hires to meet the staffing plan.
  • Will develop university recruiting strategies; Participates in college job fairs; Develop relationships with colleges/universities'.
  • Interviews and evaluates candidates and determines next steps. Administers Sales Aptitude Assessment as screening tool.
  • High volume scheduling of interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and sales executives. 
  • Makes hiring recommendations and negotiates job offers. 
  • Coordinates all aspects of pre-employment requirements, including background screening, drug testing, and motor vehicle reports.
  • Prepares weekly pipeline report and monthly recruiting metrics including interviews-to-hire, submittals-to-offer, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance metrics.


  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Some sales experience preferred or internship experience a strong plus if no prior sales experience. 
  • Must have a high level of enthusiasm and professionalism in appearance and communication style; and high sense of urgency. 
  • Compensation and goal-driven.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience recruiting
  • Experience working with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter required.
  • Boolean scripting experience required.
  • Experience with Social media applications including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Crowdfire, Hootsuite, and Canva is preferred.
  • Experience working with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, and ApplicantPool are preferred.


Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

  • Ability to meet deadlines and financial objectives.
  • Ability to travel to COS offices, recruiting events, etc. with short notice.
