Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls.
  • Take sales orders from customers for copier and printer supplies such as paper, toner and staples and ensure Sales Order entry same day.
  • Ensure credits are completed and processed properly and timely for accurate customer entries. 
  • Work with Warehouse shipping personnel to ensure timely shipment of all Customer Supply requests.
  • Manage alerts received from Electronic Monitoring Software
  • Execute Supply Replenishment utilizing COS360software/ Work closely with COS360 Specialist
  • Encourage all Customers to install Electronic Monitoring Software and assist in the installation of Software
  • Manage current accounts on Electronic Monitoring Software that stop communicating to ensure restarts or reinstalls as needed
  • Other related duties associated with Electronic Monitoring Softwar
  • Ability to meet deadlines and financial objectives
  • Other duties as assigned.  Management reserves the right to add or delete duties as deemed appropriate.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma and 2+ years related experience is required.   Experience in the office products or similar industry a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone manners to properly handle a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Must be an accurate and detailed person to enable them to take orders from customers.
  • Must have experience with Word and Excel.
  • Strong relationship management skills with customers, vendors, and personnel within the organization required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities.
  • Strong initiative with ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail required.
  • Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member.
  • Ability to work overtime if necessary
