Responsibilities:                                                                                                         

  • Review service contracts for each customer
  • Set up new Copier and Print service contracts for billing
  • Set up serialized records for all printers
  • Process new pick-up of service agreements contract
  • Process first time service requests, inputting equipment and creating new customer accounts
  • Process cancellations on service contracts and upgrades and initiate any necessary credit adjustments
  • Process all equipment swaps and all adds and deletes of devices on print management contract
  • Review daily invoices for accuracy and ensure any corrections are processed
  • Enter customer credits in the billing system within 24 hours of receiving approval
  • Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Respond to internal and external emails within 2 hours of receipt
  • Handle all account updates including name changes and billing address information
  • Handle all billing issues on service billing through leasing companies
  • Encourage all customers to install Electronic Monitoring Software
  • Assist with any and all duties within Administrative department as requested.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required.  
  • 2-3+ years related experience is required.  
  • Experience in the office products or similar industry a plus.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills. 
  • Proficient math skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to use good judgment in performing conflicting demands and managing priorities.
  • Strong initiative with ability to seek out relevant information prior to making timely decisions.
  • Must have strong ethics and ability to work as an effective, collaborative team member.
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet required.
  • Ability to work overtime if necessary
